Calculator entries stay on your device
The application calculates in your browser. Entered times, breaks, rows, pasted durations, selected currency and optional hourly-rate values are processed locally and are not sent to an application backend. There are no user accounts, payments or uploads. There are no external font requests, visitor-analytics scripts or advertising scripts in this release.
Optional browser saving
Saving is off by default. Selecting “Remember my shift” or “Remember this card” stores only that tool’s time entries in this browser profile. Optional hourly rates and currency selections are not included in saved data. The keys are hours-and-breaks:shift:v1 and hours-and-breaks:card:v1. Saved entries expire after 30 days without a new save and are removed when the relevant tool next checks them. The browser does not run a deletion timer while the site is closed.
Turn the corresponding option off, clear the card or use the button below to remove saved entries. Do not save on a shared device. Local saving is not a cloud backup; clearing site data or changing devices can remove your copy. Clearing here does not delete your downloads, clipboard, emails or printouts.
Hosting and security logs
Hosting provider: Vercel. Loading any website sends technical request information, such as IP address and requested page, to its hosting infrastructure. Calculator field values are not included in this application’s network requests.
Vercel processes technical request and system data, including IP addresses and logs, for service delivery and security. Retention depends on operational and legal purposes, the provider policy and applicable service settings; this notice does not promise a fixed deletion period.

Messages you send
The contact links open your own email application; there is no contact-form submission backend. Your email address and whatever you include are processed to respond to your request and resolve problems. Avoid sending private employee data.
Contact messages are retained as needed to respond to requests, manage relevant follow-up and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the purpose and circumstances; no automatic deletion schedule is claimed.
Future advertising and your choices
Advertising is not enabled in this release. Before adding ads or analytics, this notice must describe the actual providers, purposes and storage, with appropriate consent and withdrawal controls. An optional advertising-account verification meta tag or ads.txt file does not itself install tracking scripts.
Your information rights
Contact the operator about access, correction or deletion of personal information you have sent. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on the information and circumstances. For UK data-protection concerns, you may also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
